The death of a loved one can be quite difficult. The staff of the La Verne Church of the Brethren want to be available to you as you plan for a Memorial Service that is meaningful, dignified, and honors the life of your loved one. If you do not have a pastor, one of our pastors can meet with you to work on the details of the service, including relevant readings, speakers and specific needs. In keeping with our tradition’s emphasis upon hospitality and simplicity, we can offer a simple reception of cookies and coffee for you and your guests following the service.

As a church family, we surround one another with love, prayer, and presence in all seasons of life. You are invited to attend the upcoming memorial services as we honor and celebrate the lives of our beloved members who have recently passed.
