Openness

Our congregation is made up of people of all sorts of ages and backgrounds.

Everyone is Welcome

Folks are coupled and single, gay and straight, young and old, some have grown up in the church and others are experiencing church for the first time. Some people come to church in suits. Others show up in jeans and flip-flops.

Special Needs

To help everyone participate as fully as possible, we offer listening enhancement devices and large print bulletins, available from any usher. Our sanctuary is wheelchair-accessible, with a ramp at the main door and pew cut-outs throughout the worship space. We welcome guide dogs and respect them as working companions. We recognize our differing abilities and honor the gifts we each can bring. We have two gender-neutral restrooms and welcome families with gender diverse children.

Conversation in the Courtyard

Every Sunday, after worship, there is time for conversation and “nosh” (light snack) on the courtyard. When you come to visit, we hope you will stop by, help yourself to water or coffee and let us say, “Hello!”
